About

Florence Foster Jenkins (1868– November 26, 1944) was an American soprano who became famous for her complete lack of rhythm, pitch, tone, and overall singing ability. This is a documentary which tells the story of the eccentric socialite with understanding and sympathy, at the same time as putting forth medical and psychological information, unknown until now, for the viewer to draw their own conclusion as to why Jenkins became a cult figure.

Highly watchable. Earplugs not included.
