Edition Records are proud to present the debut release of celebrated cello octet Cellophony and the launch of Edition Classics. With a focus on new chamber music from a diverse collection of small ensembles and soloists, Edition Classics works with internationally renowned designers and artists to combine beautiful artwork, lining notes and photography to match the superb recording quality of each of its releases, making each ‘Edition’ a truly coherent product.

London based cello octet Cellophony have carved a reputation as accomplished exponents of not only the standard cello ensemble repertoire, but also a diverse array of specially commissioned arrangements and adaptations. As Finalists of the Royal Overseas League chamber music competition and Park Lane Group Young Artists, they have received universal critical acclaim for performances at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues, including the Southbank Centre’s Purcell Room and the Wigmore Hall.
