Hailed by Strad magazine as a “strong artistic personality”, Singaporean violinist, Ning Kam has gone on to perform all over the world. As Second Prizewinner at the Queen Elisabeth Competition in 2001, she was praised by Belgium’s De Standaard as “manifestly the best violinist of the competition”. She has performed under conductors such as the late Lord Yehudi Menuhin, Lorin Maazel, Okku Kamu, Lan Shui and Steven Smith. Ning has also collaborated in chamber music with Yehudi Menuhin, Patricia Kopatchinskaja, pianists Louis Lortie and Albert Tiu, cellists Marie Hallynck and Li Wei Qin and percussionist, Francis Kam amongst many others. Pianist Liebrecht Vanbeckevoort is one of the most important Belgian artists of his generation.
