Card Security
All card details submitted when ordering are stored on our secure server and can be removed at any time. We would like to assure you of the seriousness with which we take the handling of your card details and we will never hold this information without your permission. The details are encrypted and the complete details cannot be accessed by any person. We always charge your card upon dispatch of an order and this is done automatically through our payment processor.

Removal of stored card details
This can be done in two ways:
i) By logging into your account (click here to do this now) and clicking 'delete' against the relevant card number.
ii) By selecting the option to remove card details once the order is complete. This appears at the end of the checkout process, after you have submitted your order. In this way, your card details will be removed from our server once your order has been fully completed and you will need to re-enter them next time you place an order.
