Roberto Alagna is, quite simply, one of the world’s top tenors. His natural and spontaneous voice bring admiration from critics and public alike, and in popular just as well as operatic repertoire.

Malèna is the sequel to 2009’s platinum-selling Sicilian.
 
Named after his and his partner Aleksandra Kurzak’s two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Malèna, the repertoire features mainstream and popular classical hits, as well as brand new songs – for example, the title track – written especially for Alagna by his brothers, David and Frederico.

Joining Alagna on key tracks are DG label-mates, Avi Avital (mandolin) and Nemanja Radulović (violin).
