The Classic FM Hall of Fame, launched back in 1996, is the world’s biggest annual survey of classical music tastes. Every year, thousands of listeners tell us their top 3 pieces of classical music – and then, across each Easter weekend, we spend four days counting down what is always an extraordinary chart.

This year’s compilation album features some of the best classical pieces from this year's countdown, including all of the pieces that have reached number 1 in the chart’s 17 year history - and new, previously unavailable inclusions by cult video game soundtrack composers Nobue Uematsu and Jeremy Soule.

A host of the world’s greatest performers including Nicola Benedetti, Julian Lloyd Webber, Sol3 Mio and Janine Jansen, presented in a vibrant new visual design, make this the freshest, most inclusive Hall of Fame compilation yet.
