About

Here we have a collection of some of the best-loved concertos in the violin repertoire.
The Beethoven is played by the great David Oistrakh, whereas the other works are all played by soloists of a much later generation. Nikolaj Znaider is a young Danish virtuoso who has established a fine reputation in recent years. Dumay from France and Zimmermann from Germany have both created careers as soloists on the world stage during the past 20 years.
