The Beethoven String Trio is made up of Czech musicians Pavel Hula, principal of the Kocian Quartet, Josef Kluson and Michael Kanka, respectively, violist and cellist of the famous Prazak Quartet. After having played together for many years, they decided to concentrate on music from the 19th century up to the present day, the sole exceptions being Mozart's Divertimento K563 and Beethoven's string trios.
